Salty peanut coconut balls

These delicious raw vegan energy balls are super easy to make with just a few ingredients. They are great as a power snack for in between or as a dessert. The salty note together with the sweet coconut flavor make the balls really yummmmmy !

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts

  • 3 tbsp agave syrup

  • 100 Ml water

  • 3 tbsp grated coconut

  • 3 tbsp puffed rice

  • Coconut flakes for rolling the balls

  • salt

Directions

  • Roast the peanuts with a little salt in a pan.
  • Afterwards, let the nuts cool down a bit and then finely blend them together with the water and agave syrup.
  • Fold in the shredded coconut and puffed rice. Add again a bit of salt.
  • Shape into balls with your hands and roll in the shredded coconut.
