Ingredients

  • 1 glass cooked chickpeas

  • 1/2 glass pitted black olives

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 kale1/2 kale

  • 2 Tbsp sesam

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  • For the hummus, mix the chickpeas and olives together with the garlic to make a creamy paste.
  • Cut the cabbage into fine strips and fry it in the coconut oil and soy sauce in a pan until hot and let it cool down a bit.
  • Enjoy hummus and the crispy cabbage on a slice of bread !
