2 spelt rolls
1 can black olives without pit
Some sesame & hemp seeds
- For the salad:
1 green salad
2 tbsp black olives
4 tbsp chickpeas
salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic & some agave syrup
- Mix the olives together with the capers to a paste.
- Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Then cut it into strips.
- Cover your spelt rolls with it.
- chop the whole salad, add the olives and the chickpeas on top. Season the salad with the balsamic dressing.
- Ready !!! Enjoy!
