Ingredients

  • 2 spelt rolls

  • 1 can black olives without pit

  • 30g capers

  • 1 Avocado

  • Some sesame & hemp seeds

  • For the salad:
  • 1 green salad

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 2 tbsp black olives

  • 4 tbsp chickpeas

  • hemp seeds

  • Dressing:
  • salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic & some agave syrup

Directions

  • Mix the olives together with the capers to a paste.
  • Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Then cut it into strips.
  • Cover your spelt rolls with it.
  • chop the whole salad, add the olives and the chickpeas on top. Season the salad with the balsamic dressing.
  • Ready !!! Enjoy!
