With the hot temperatures, the perfect meal. A fresh salad with Asian dressing, seasonal fruit and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 125 g Wok Express noodles (optional glass noodles)

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 papaya (optional mango)

  • Dressing
  • 4 Tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp agave syrup

  • 2 Tbsp sesam oil

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Toppings
  • Sesam & coriander

Directions

  • Pour hot water over the wok noodles and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then pour off the water.
  • Cut the peppers, carrots and papaya into thin strips.
  • For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and squeeze in the garlic cloves.
  • Add the vegetables to the noodles and season the salad with the dressing. Enjoy with sesame seeds and cilantro.
