125 g Wok Express noodles (optional glass noodles)
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 papaya (optional mango)
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp agave syrup
2 Tbsp sesam oil
1 tsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
Sesam & coriander
- Pour hot water over the wok noodles and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then pour off the water.
- Cut the peppers, carrots and papaya into thin strips.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and squeeze in the garlic cloves.
- Add the vegetables to the noodles and season the salad with the dressing. Enjoy with sesame seeds and cilantro.
