Ingredients

  • 250 g vegan Gnocchi

  • 200 g Champignons

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 vegetable cream

  • 200 g fresh leaf spinach

  • Some olive oil for frying

  • 2 pinches nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Yeast flakes & chili flakes

Directions

  • Toast the gnocchi in a pan in olive oil until golden brown and add a little salt. Then put them aside on a plate.
  • Halve the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the onion into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms together with the chopped onion in olive oil for 10 minutes.
  • Deglaze the mushrooms with the soy sauce and season with pepper. Pour over the vegetable cream and season everything with turmeric and nutmeg.
  • Add the gnocchi and spinach and let them soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. If the consistency becomes too firm, add a little water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with yeast flakes if desired.
